I think event staff should have a scheduel of when and where their gonna do it. Pkus the time their gonna do it set out so users know when the event staff are gonna do events so that way the Event Staff don't have to ask the staff to do a Hottel Alert, and when you enter the hotel and it comes up with that message it should also say "Check the Event's Scheduel to find out when you can win good prizes"
